  1. Use your ArcGIS account with caller authorization to sign in to My Esri and access technical support services.

  2. Provide detailed information about the issue you are experiencing (Product information, Error messages, Troubleshooting steps). The improved support experience helps users submit clearer and more complete technical requests.

  3. Before submitting the case, the new AI-enhanced support experience analyzes the issue description and provides instant troubleshooting recommendations based on Esri’s technical support knowledge base. AI-generated recommendations help identify possible solutions before submitting the case.

  4. If the issue is not resolved, continue with the case submission process by providing
